• With most car makers in a sales slump, Nissan has stayed ahead of the game by putting out a superior product at a reasonable price. Case in point. My wife and I walked onto the lot of Hayward Nissan last month. We had, earlier in the week, looked at Mazda, Toyota, and Hyundai but were disappointed with the product and even more put off by the pushiness. At Hayward Nissan, we were greeted by a sales person named Angel and he enthusiastically showed us the models. I could tell right off that this was a person who was proud of the product he sells. My wife was immediately drawn to the Nissan Altima. To make a long story short, we bought the car at a great price. My wife was extremely happy which in turn makes my life easier, lol. Kudos to Angel and everyone else at Hayward Nissan and thank you.

• About a week ago I purchased a Nissan Versa at Hayward Nissan. It has been my second time buying one at this same lot and both times the service and experience was wonderful. Both times I went to the lot, was upfront about what I wanted and what I could afford plus the length of the loan I wanted. I let them know that being a repeat buyer I expected a good deal. They met all those expectations and exceeded them. Al the car salesman was not the typical sales guy. He spent the time to go over the gizmos of the car and how to use all the options. Throughout the course of buying the car, not once did I feel the pressured at all. He treated me like family and was genuinely wanting me to get the best deal possible. The OWNER of the dealership spent about twenty minutes talking to us! By the time that I drove off the lot I wasn't sure who was more excited for myself. Me or Al!!! Bottom line. I would buy another car from them if need be and I would recommend them to any one!!!

• This is the best time to buy car, especially since mine is totaled after an accident. When I walked onto the lot I didn't think I would buying a car right then and there! (I am a Toyota fan) However, seeing the new 2010 Versa I had to have it. This car drives great (I love taking corners really fast now) and I love the way it looks. My sales guy, Bert was great and very helpful not intimidating at all. And all the sales guys on lot were very friendly. I am so happy with my purchase, I LOVE MY NEW CAR!

• The staff who work at the Hayward Nissan dealer are great. I was thinking of purchasing a used car, but wasn't sure what I was looking for. The staff was great and very knowledgable on all used cars. I purchased my car close to $3000 less than I saw anywhere else and trust me I was looking for a while. I would recommend them to anyone. • I was nervous bringing my car to this dealership initially. I recently moved away from Napa, which means that the dealership I've been servicing at since 2003 is too far away. This was my second experience with a eastbay area Nissan dealer, and after my experience, I am a customer for life. The service reps are extremely friendly and the techs seem to get the job done right the first time. After several successful visits the service reps are honest, courteous, and repectful. I recommend the service center at Hayward Nissan to anybody.

• I bought my Nissan here through the fleet/internet manager, Kyle. Great service, simple and easy to work with. Not a whole lot of back and forth. I think he has the authority to make a deal, so there's no "let me talk to my manager" stuff. I take my Nissan for service here as well. Service is big for them, I've gone to them from the begining and they always take care of me. It can be a little pricey compared to these independent shops, but I'd rather pay a little more and get all the perks, service, and oem Nissan parts than take it to a quikie-lube place and wonder if they even did anything with aftermarket parts. I highly recommend going to Hayward Nissan if you're looking to buy....or looking for service.

• Based on two visits so far, the customer service here is remarkable. Prices are fair and this is a dealership we're talking about. All the employees I dealt with, top to bottom (parts manager, service manager, receptionist/cashier, were friendly and helpful in explaining things. I recommend them for all dealership-required car maintenance. Schedule your appointment as early as possible to make sure everything gets done on time. "I love this place"

• While in the market for an new Nissan I visited a handful of dealers and ended up making my final purchase at Hayward Nissan. I randomly dropped in at this dealership to check out their fleet of pre-owned certified vehicles since while doing research online I realized they had more to offer than other dealers. As we walked on to the lot we were greeted by Bert and less than 2 hours later I drove off in my new car. Bert was great! He didn't have the characteristics of a creepy salesman he was a down to earth guy who made the whole process painless, casual and easy. The Sales Manager and Finance guy were also a pleasure to deal with. This is how car buying should be stress free, fun and easy!
