Who Is Eligible?

  • Active & Reserve U.S. Military (including National Guard and listed uniformed services) and eligible spouse/domestic partner.
  • Veterans within 24 months of separation from Active or Reserve duty.
  • Retirees who completed 20 years of Active or Reserve duty (including PDRL/TDRL).
  • Surviving spouses / Gold family members (surviving spouse, child, or surviving parent) with required documentation.

Eligibility is determined by program rules and documentation provided. Residency restrictions may apply.

Documentation Checklist
