Rebate is applied as an instant discount at participating dealerships (no waiting for checks in the mail).

What are the current rebate amounts and vehicle price limit?
Effective September 15, 2026, the rebate is $3,000 for a qualifying new BEV or $1,750 for a qualifying used BEV. The vehicle cash price must be below $50,000, including upgrades and add-ons, but excluding taxes, registration and other fees.
Does an older rebate code keep the previous rebate amount or price limit?
No. Current rebate amounts and the current vehicle price limit apply to previously approved customers and previously issued coupons. You do not need to reapply solely because your code was issued before the change. Eligibility, code validity and funding availability still apply.
Is the rebate applied at the dealership?
Yes — it is an instant discount off the sale price at the point of sale.
Can I get the rebate retroactively?
No — it must be applied at the point of sale (not after purchase).
Can I combine this with other incentives?
Often yes. You may be able to stack with other incentives if available (confirm eligibility and combinability).
Do plug-in hybrids qualify?
This rebate is for battery-electric vehicles only (no plug-in hybrids).
