If you currently lease a Nissan through Nissan Motor Acceptance Company (NMAC), you may be eligible for the SignatureLOYALTY Lease Payment Waiver Program. In simple terms: eligible lessees can return their current lease early and start a new NMAC lease, and NMAC may waive up to two remaining lease payments on the current eligible lease—subject to program rules and account status.

How the Program Works

  1. We confirm your eligibility (based on your current lease details and program criteria).
  2. Return your current lease during the program period (often called a “pull-ahead”).
  3. Start a new lease through NMAC (your new lease must be financed through NMAC and delivered within the program window).
  4. NMAC applies the waiver (up to 2 remaining payments on the eligible lease, if you meet requirements).

The payment waiver is applied by NMAC based on program terms and account status. Waivers do not cover past-due payments or unrelated charges.

Who May Qualify in California

  • Current NMAC lessees of select models (the program targets Armada, Murano, Pathfinder, Rogue, and Rogue Sport where applicable).
  • Lessees with a scheduled maturity date that falls within the program’s California maturity window.
  • Customer must be approved for a new Nissan lease through NMAC (all new models may be eligible for the new lease, subject to approval).
  • Customer must enter a new lease (retail purchase contracts do not qualify).

What the Offer May Include

  • Up to two (2) remaining payments waived on the eligible NMAC lease. Past-due payments and other charges are not waived.
  • In addition to the payment waiver, eligible customers may also qualify for Owner Loyalty Program benefits such as:
    • Up to $500 in excess wear-and-use charges waived (if applicable).
    • $395 disposition fee waived (if applicable).

Processing can take time after grounding/return. Ask us for current expectations and the cleanest way to complete your return and new lease.

Is this a “free payment” program?
It’s a lease pull-ahead program. If you qualify and complete the steps correctly, NMAC may waive up to two remaining payments on your eligible lease.

Do past-due payments get waived?
No. Past-due payments and other charges are not waived.

Do I have to lease again through NMAC?
Yes. You must enter a new Nissan lease financed through NMAC. Retail purchase contracts don’t qualify.

Which current lease models are targeted?

What if I get a statement that doesn’t reflect the waiver yet?
