Tier Levels

  • Tier 1: Most customers with a business tax ID (EIN) start here unless they qualify for Franchise or Government.
  • Tier 2: Typically for customers with a factory order or dealer stock purchase agreement for a minimum of 16 units of the same model year.
  • Tier 3 / Tier 4: Typically for customers who place factory orders of 50+ units and have an agreement with Nissan. Incentives and rules can differ by program.
  • Franchise: Equivalent to Tier 3. Eligibility is limited to specific franchise partner groups/programs. Proof of membership/qualification may be required.
  • Government: May include qualifying local/state/federal entities and other eligible organizations when applicable.

What to Bring

  • Business documentation: EIN / business tax ID proof and business registration (as applicable).
  • Valid driver’s license for the purchaser/authorized signer.
  • Franchise proof (if applicable): proof you’re an active member of an eligible franchise partner group/program.
  • Order details (if Tier 2–4): unit count, model year, and any Nissan agreement/order documentation (if applicable).
